There will be two main types of people presented to you, those with remote staffing experience and those without.
Those with remote staffing experience are more likely to have experience with working in different countries which may or may not benefit you.
All of the candidates sent to you for review will have prior work experience as tax accountants/tax preparers unless you open up your job offer to everyone.
